What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is the practice of devoloping, maintaining or restoring maximum movement and functional ability throughout the lifespan. Physiotherapist's are human movement experts.
What techniques do Physiotherapist's use?
Physiotherapist's use physical (e.g. stretches, strengthening exercises, mobilisation, massage) and non-physical (e.g. education, cueing for movement retraining, cognitive re-training) techniques to help improve a person's health, movement and functional ability.
Do you do online Physiotherapy consultations?

Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can just contact us and make a booking.
The only exception is for those who want to use the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program. This program requires a doctors referral.
Do you take DVA, Workcover, TAC, EPCs?
Yes to all of the above.
Can I use my private health insurance?
Yes. If you have private health insurance with physiotherapy included as an extra you will be able to claim back all or some of the costs depending upon your individual insurance plan. We have a HICAPs machine on site so funds should be returned to you on the day.
